The high-octane clash featured over 1,000 yards of combined offense and a flurry of standout performances from both teams.
Josh Allen showcased his dual-threat brilliance, accounting for four touchdowns—two passing and two rushing—while amassing 362 passing yards and 70 rushing yards. James Cook contributed to Buffalo’s dominance on the ground, tallying 105 rushing yards and two touchdowns, including a 41-yard breakaway score in the third quarter.
Detroit quarterback Jared Goff matched Allen’s intensity with a career-best 494 passing yards and five touchdowns. Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown was electrifying, hauling in 14 receptions for 193 yards, including a 66-yard touchdown.

After a scoreless stretch to close the first half—punctuated by missed field goals from both teams—the Bills reignited their offense in the third quarter. Cook’s 41-yard touchdown run and a Khalil Shakir touchdown catch off a shovel pass gave Buffalo a commanding 35-14 advantage.
Detroit rallied late, narrowing the deficit to 10 points twice in the fourth quarter.
