Tom and Rob welcome Michelle Slate, Mark Whitney and Joe Donahue, 3 expert divers, to give their experiences in how to get started in the sport, the equipment needed, certification process and best locations around the globe to go on a scuba diving trip. Mark and Michelle and Joe with his wife Stacey all were able to enhance their relationships and meet lots of friends, while seeing the world with this great passion of theirs.
We take a look at the definition of Scuba Diving and how it is different from Snorkeling, the process of getting certified while getting in your “dive hours” and then planning a trip to an amazing destination with clear waters and great wildlife. Michelle and Mark were joined by Joe and Stacey on the latest trip to the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Queensland, Australia, and they discuss the amazing trip they had. We go over some photos and a video from the trip to give a sense for how amazing the Reef was.
