WATCH: NBC and Busch Unveil Kevin Harvick’s Millennial Car

V lit news. This morning NBC Sports got rowdy early. “Behold,” they began in a tweet. “@KevinHarvick’s #MillennialCar. On fleek or yeet?” They even topped off the message with an avocado emoji. 🥑

As a next level meme connoisseur (or at least I consider myself one), I know a layered joke when I see one. This joke has more layers than your average American has problems. Peel open those eyes and behold the “Millennial Car.”

“Very fleek. Much YEET,” said Busch Beer’s official Twitter account in response to the unveiling

This all stems from Busch Beer, a sponsor of 2014 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick. Last year they sent an email in regards to this exact potential situation. It used lines like “V lit,” “Millennial-inspired,” “lit AF” and “#Swag” unironically. The email promised that if Harvick didn’t win the 2018 Cup Series title, Busch would have him drive a “scheme with a hilarious nod to the younger generation” this year.

Harvick, who at 43-years-old calls himself an “old guy” in NASCAR, was born less than six years before the start of the millennial generation. As you can see from the above, he didn’t win the title.

Some of the responses, which are below, were incredible as well.
