Warriors Hoping for Potential March Return for Steph Curry

Pro Basketball

Just a year after their fifth straight appearance in the NBA Finals, the Golden State Warriors are at the bottom of the Western Conference standings.

Klay Thompson is not expected to return this season due to an Achilles injury.

The Warriors remain hopeful that Stephen Curry will be able to return to action.

He’ll miss all of February, but will then be re-evaluated in advance of a potential return to the court in March.

The two-time MVP suffered a broken left hand back in November.

Golden State was playing the Phoenix Suns when center Aron Baynes fell on top of Curry underneath the rim.

2019-20 has been a mess for Golden State, but many speculated next season could be a different story.

A high draft pick and the full returns of Curry and Thompson present the promise of a fresh start.
