SESN to Broadcast 2025 AAC Swimming & Diving Championships Live from Kingsport

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (MWSN) — The Southeast Sports Network (SESN) is proud to announce live coverage of the 2025 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships, taking place at the Kingsport Aquatic Center from Thursday, February 6, through Saturday, February 8. Building on its tradition of showcasing premier collegiate events, SESN will bring fans daily prelims and finals from some of the NAIA’s top swimming programs.

For the past two seasons, Milligan University has swept both men’s and women’s titles, adding an element of anticipation to this year’s championship. Races will include the 500 Freestyle, 400 Medley Relay, 100 Butterfly, and 200 Backstroke, among others. Spectators are invited to watch all the action poolside for a daily admission fee of $10 for adults and $5 for students.

The Kingsport Aquatic Center has earned a reputation as one of the fastest pools in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Bradley Hoover, Director of Sports at Visit Kingsport, expressed excitement about hosting the AAC once again: “As Visit Kingsport and the Kingsport Aquatic Center continue their partnership in hosting college swim meets, it brings both of us joy to not only welcome the AAC back to the fastest pool in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia but also to our great city of Kingsport, Tennessee. We hope AAC swimming fans enjoy both the competition and their stay here in the Model City.”

SESN, known for its comprehensive broadcasts of collegiate sports—including last year’s high-energy “The Show” basketball showcase—will deliver extensive multi-platform coverage of the AAC Championships.
