Jason Witten Signs With The Las Vegas Raiders

37-year-old Jason Witten is opting out of returning to the booth and staying on the playing field. His 15th year in the NFL will be with the Las Vegas Raiders.

The longtime Dallas Cowboys TE signed a one-year deal to become a Raider on Tuesday. Witten spent some time in the booth, but many had speculated he would come out of retirement before it was clear he would.

Last season he had 529 total yards receiving in Dallas and four touchdowns as well. He totaled those stats on 63 receptions throughout the course of the year.

Witten played college football for the University of Tennessee, and was drafted by the Cowboys in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft.
