BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — The nine-week regular season came to a close in Illinois Saturday, and the Illinois High School Association has selected the playoff brackets representing eight classes with 256 total schools securing their playoff berths.
The following is the full bracket for the IHSA Class 6A Playoffs. Opening round action will begin Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28. The Class 6A state championship will be on Saturday, November 25 in Hancock Stadium at Illinois State University in Normal.
