BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — The nine-week regular season came to a close in Illinois Saturday, and the Illinois High School Association has selected the playoff brackets representing eight classes with 256 total schools securing their playoff berths.
The following is the full bracket for the IHSA Class 2A Playoffs. Opening round action will begin Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28. The Class 2A state championship will be on Friday, November 24 in Hancock Stadium at Illinois State University in Normal.
