The first NHL hockey game in over four months is underway right now. Puck drop was at 4:00pm EST as the Pittsburgh Penguins are taking on the Philadelphia Flyers.
This is in an exhibition game, leading into the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Both teams haven’t played since mid-March, but expect a bit of passion to be shown on the ice between these two in-state rivals.
They’re fine-tuning their games and trying to get all the rust out of their systems before the postseason starts on August 1st. We’re all pretty excited to have hockey back.
