The East Hamilton Hurricanes routed the East Ridge Pioneers 38-0 on Friday. With the win East Hamilton rises to 2-1 on the season, and bounces back from a tough Week 2 loss to Heritage High School.
Early in the contest Juan Bullard scored a pair of touchdowns. By the middle of the second quarter, Kireese Willis had added a pick-six to the Hurricane lead.

Before the halftime break, they extended their lead again, as Jake Ralls added a touchdown as well. His contribution made it a 28-0 lead with 4:22 left in the second quarter of the contest.
East Hamilton let up on the gas for the final two periods of action, only adding another ten points to their scoring column. This included a field goal from Kicker Ethan Hixson.

The Hurricanes (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Sequoyah. East Hamilton, now 1-0 in league play, will look to the continue their winning ways, as they play host for the 7:30pm kickoff (Sep. 9th).
The Pioneers (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Cleveland. East Ridge, who has now lost three straight, will look to right the ship, as they hit the road for the 7:30pm kickoff (Sep. 9th).
It’s the second year in a row the Hurricanes have bested the Pioneers, as they won 49-0 at home against the program last season. Below are the highlights from their contest last season.
