Eastern Michigan Signs Riley Brannon Out of Saint John Paul II Academy

The Eastern Michigan University lacrosse program has signed its first recruit out of the Sunshine State. Head Coach Alicia Groveston Jackson made the announcement on February 1st. Riley Brannon is out of Saint John Paul II Academy.

Lacrosse will be the 19th varsity sport at Eastern Michigan, which begins play duringΒ the 2022-23 academic year.Β EMU will be the seventh Mid-American Conference institution to sponsor the sport at the NCAA Division I level.

“Riley bringsΒ a great versatility to the field,” said Jackson. “She is a two-way midfielder who is strong on the draw, tough to beat and a force to be reckoned with on the offensive end!”
