The Adrian College NCAA women’s hockey team begins their 2020-21 season this weekend. The Bulldogs finished the 2019-20 campaign with a 22-3-3 record finishing 14-1-1 in NCHA conference play.
Adrian came away with an NCHA Regular Season Championship and the Slaats Cup before advancing to the NCAA Tournament with an automatic bid. The Bulldogs were scheduled to face Elmira in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, but due to COVID-19, the NCAA cancelled the tournament.
Adrian College will begin its 2020-21 season on October 31 in an exhibition game against the Meijer U19 team at 7:00pm at the Arrington Ice Arena. The Bulldogs will follow that game with three consecutive games against Trine University in nonconference play before heading to Wisconsin to face off against Concordia University-Wisconsin.

The Bulldogs will come back to the Arrington Ice Arena for another exhibition game against Honeybaked U19, before traveling to Utica, New York to take on the Utica Pioneers during Thanksgiving weekend.
Adrian’s schedule still remains tentative as head coach Shawn Skelly looks to add more nonconference games for the month of December. The NCHA voted to not start any conference games until 2021 due to COVID-19. The NCHA schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
