The Stockbridge Panthers football team continued their winning ways in Week 2. SHS was able to overcome Ypsilanti 14-13 on the road on Thursday night. The Panthers can again thank their defense for the win.
During Week 1 the Panthers came up with a 38-6 win over Springport. The Panther defense held the Spartans to just 132 yards in total offense- and posted an impressive four interceptions during the contest.
Stockbridge (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Olivet. The Panthers will be on the road on Friday (September 9th) for the 7pm kickoff. This is a program they have seen many times before.
Ypsilanti (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Adrian. The Grizzlies will be on the road on Friday (September 9th) for the 7pm kickoff. This is a program they have seen many times before.
