The game wasn’t the prettiest. There were way too many screen passes for Kap’s liking, but the Bears secured the win against a Packer team that was at least playing for playoff position. The Bears scored a touchdown early on a punt return with some trickery. The Bears also stayed committed to the run much of the day. Kap thought D’Andre Swift had a decent day. DJ Moore led Bears’ receivers with 86 yards. And the defense played pretty well.
But the final minute was the best part. The Bears fumbled late in the 4th quarter, which set up a Packers drive that gave them the lead with under a minute to play. But Caleb led the Bears on a quick drive down the field and got the Bears into field goal position with a couple of seconds left on the clock. And Cairo came through with the winning kick.
