New Orleans Saints’ quarterback Drew Brees is an unbelievably talented athlete. The 40-year-old future first-ballot Hall of Famer entered Monday night looking to break the NFL’s all-time touchdown pass record, and ended up not only doing so, but setting a new single game record at the same time.
Completing a ridiculous 29 of his 30 passes, Brees set the NFL’s single-game mark for competition percentage with 96.7%.

Philip Rivers held the record with a 28/29 (96.6%) outing against the Cardinals last year. The record requires a minimum of 20 attempts in the game.
Brees finished the night with an absurd of 29/30, 307 yards, 4 TD passes, tossing completions to a whopping nine different receivers.
What a night for #NFL legend and New Orleans #Saints QB Drew Brees. He finished 29/30 passing for 307 yards with 4 passing TDs and 0 INTs for a 148.9 passer rating
