The Arzizona Cardinals stunned the National Football League again on Monday by bringing in another former Texans All-Pro. This time it was edge threat JJ Watt joining the Arizona club.
The Texans released Watt earlier this month, ending the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year’s decade-long run in Houston. He was beloved by fans of the franchise.

31-year-old Watt, who turns 32 this month, finished last season with five sacks, two forced fumbles and an interception that he returned for a touchdown. He ended his Texans career as the franchise’s all-time leader with 101 career sacks.
The front-runners to sign Watt were believed to be the Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills and Tennessee Titans. Watt went against what everyone was predicting by signing with the Cardinals.
