The Ramblers, coached by Ethan Thompson, have struggled to find their footing this season, both offensively and defensively. Senior quarterback K. Finley has passed for 620 yards and four touchdowns, while also leading the team in rushing with 418 yards and three scores. However, LaFayette has allowed 311 points through eight games, including a 48-7 defeat against Gilmer last week.
Heritage’s defense, led by a solid secondary, will aim to capitalize on LaFayette’s offensive inconsistencies, while the Ramblers hope to secure their first win of the season and break their eight-game losing streak.
Both teams are hungry for a region win, with Heritage looking to solidify a postseason position, and LaFayette striving for any positive momentum as they approach the final stretch of their season. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. at Heritage High School.
