The Adrian College men’s basketball team shocked the conference by winning the MIAA, but could not push on in the NCAA Tournament. On Friday night Adrian came up against North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. The Cardinals proved too much to bear for the first time Bulldogs.
The win came in impressive fashion for the higher seeded program. 69-54 was the final tally as Adrian couldn’t get into an offensive rhythm against the Cardinals. Tickets to the tournament game were sold out, as hundreds came out to see the game.
